Definately a biased article made by some bot. He even tries to down play the PS3 advantages ie, better AA and colours saying that the IGN journolist shouldnt be trusted, yet this journolist favours the 360.
MS is responsible for a dumbed down version of GTA which would have been truly next gen if it had been PS3 exclusive.
